50 year old male patient with chronic lower back pain, shoulder pain and ankle-foot pain:
The day after my first treatment I am pleased to report the following: Less pain in my shoulder. This shoulder was separated in 1993 and hasn't been the same since. Usually it is tight, sore and stiff, and the therapy relieved some of it. Pain level dropped from 4 to 3 and seems to be dropping more over the course of the day. Less lower back pain. I have had low back pain as long as I can remember, sometimes mitigated by ab workouts. I have trouble straightening out when rising from my chair, giving a sad impression of an old man (and inviting teasing from several people esp. a rude German dude). The therapy relieved some of the pain and tightness. Posture at my desk has immediately improved. Pain level dropped from 3 to 2 and seems to be dropping more over the course of the day. Less foot pain. My feet have been in pain as long as I remember as well. The therapy relieved some of that too. Pain level dropped from 3 to 1. I can breathe better. My sense of smell improved. I slept like a rock last night, which is unusual since I have insomnia. I felt better during a short lunch time run than I usually do, since my back was looser and feet hurt less.

One day after Bowenwork: “Come back, come back. My left shoulder feels so much better and I have so much more motion in it than I did before - AND it doesn't hurt like it did - I woke up this morning and put my arm up over my head which I haven't done in a long while - I'm walking easier also. My knees don't hurt to touch like they did. Next time let's concentrate on my left hip and down to my left foot as it seems I can move my left foot and I get a sensation in my left hip that is unpleasant. You are going to make a new woman out of me. I feel really good this morning - Hope it lasts through the day - Thank you again“
